I had received several quotes before making my decision to with this company. The sales rep was super friendly and made sure I had listed all my items so that there were no surprises. when the movers showed up they were very kind and respectful, they also did an excellent job of taking care of my fragile items. I was told delivery could take anywhere from 7-14 days which was fine however they actually got there ahead of schedule which made it that much better. If I would definitely use them again if I ever move again lol and I would recommend them to friends and family and anyone else looking for a great moving service.

I did a short move from Las Vegas to Casa Grande (Arizona), and I have to say it was superb. Nice person on the phone who told me about what the service costs would be was extremely informative. And the moving team on both ends were precise and expedient. I would call my phone agent back again if I felt I had any question a year from now. Her name was Marry and was a fantastic person.

I recently moved to Las Vegas using Loyal Moving and I had a great experience with the moving team. Horizonte picked up my furniture and delivered it. It was nice to see them both again when I was in Las Vegas. They were so quick picking up my things I was concerned, but everything was perfect when they arrived here and unloaded almost as fast (except the extra time spent me trying to figure out where I wanted them to put my things :D). Last thing, they arrived to my home in Vegas early!

I gave em’ a shot… and… I’m pleased with the job they did. I read the reviews from you fellow travelers and I’m shocked it’s the same company. Double checked their license number and everything, The guy I spoke with on the phone was a sweetheart and precise with my inventory measurements. Jennifer was my dispatch representative and I had a great rapport with her every time we spoke. I agree with delivery the time being longer than liked but everything else was wonderful. Definitely not a “one star” company. Enjoying Salt Lake City!

Man I love this city. And I’m glad I went with this company. I had a ton of fragile belongings and they secured them all for nothing. I got along well with Horizonte who ran the show. He went over everything with me before starting the process. I felt really comfortable with the team moving my furniture. I had no damage at all when my furniture arrived. Some boxes where a little dinged up but nothing inside was hurt. The delivery team arrived right on the day I was told they would arrive. Thanks Horizonte!!

I did a short move with Loyal up the west coast line to Seattle. I moved with them once before coming to San Francisco from Chicago. I think they're wonderful there. I always work this sweet woman there, Marry. We get along wonderfully, and she always works with me to make the move smooth. I never have a lot to move when I'm relocated, and I always anticipate something going wrong, but... NOPE! Awesome phone agent, and both moving teams have been a delight! I hope to be here in Seattle for a long time, although if I must move again I will call Marry.

I had a good experience with Loyal Moving and Storage. Everything from the phone agent to the pick-up went really well. The delivery went a week longer than expected though. But everything arrived in good condition. It was a small move but it still deserves a good nod from me.

The pick-up team arrived at my house in Seal Beach, CA and before even starting the loading of my items, the boss went over every aspect of my contract and showed me the available space I had on the moving truck. All of my fragile glass china was wrapped up and secured for no additional charge. When my items were delivered in Dallas, everything was in chip chop shape. Everyone I spoke with at the company was sweet to me and I had no issues what so ever.

Hi there. My first review ever but I think this company did a good enough job to put up a good review. Loyal was great from the phone agent all the way up to the delivery team. I had a two-bedroom apartment worth of furniture and belongings and everything was handled with care. I found no damages in the end and my fragile items were wrapped for free. After reading some of the other reviews, that's a five-star worthy event. I even had a good rapport with the women I spoke with from customer service, who I believe was Jennifer. I hope not to have to move again for a long time but if I ever do, Loyal it is!

I want to say first that I agree that their customer service could use a little work... But I had no damages, no price increase, and thought the sales agent was extremely helpful. I moved with my husband to Waxahachie, Texas, and this was the first move of my life. The man over the phone who walked through with me all of the moving 123's was so great actually, I'm here to give them a positive review. Four stars for the difficulty getting a hold of customer service.

I got a call from several companies and found loyal to be the most reasonably priced. The agent on the phone was thoughtful and knowledgeable. She went over all of the logistics regarding the move and was polite and nice the whole time. When the actual moving team arrived I found them to be fast passed and professional. I think if I ever move again I will give them a call.

I did a short distance move from Las Vegas to Riverside and I had no issues what so ever. Loyal Moving had the cheapest price out of all of the company's I spoke with and when it came down to the move, it was perfect.
